The National Health Mission (NHM), Rajasthan, conducts a highly competitive examination to recruit skilled healthcare professionals for various positions. Eligibility Criteria

Educational qualification

  • The candidate must have a B.Sc. in Community Health, GNM/B.Sc. Nursing or BAMS (Ayurveda) from a recognized institution. The candidate must also be registered with the Rajasthan Nursing Council or the Board of Indian Medicine, Rajasthan.

Age Limit

  • The Candidate must be between 21 to 40 years old. There is age relaxation for reserved categories, as per the Rajasthan government norms.

Domicile

  • The Candidate must be a resident of Rajasthan.

Documents Required

To apply for the Community Health Officer (CHO) exam, the candidate  needs to gather the following documents:

  • Educational certificates: Original certificates for your nursing degree, B.Sc. in Community Health, or Ayurveda Practitioner (BAMS) 
  • Registration certificates: State Nursing Council registration or certificate of registration with the Rajasthan Nursing Council or Board of Indian Medicine, Rajasthan 
  • Proof of identity: Voter ID, passport, or driving license 
  • Proof of age: Original birth certificate 
  • Proof of domicile: Original domicile certificate 
  • Caste certificate: If applicable 
  • Experience certificate: If applicable

Note: Candidates will be disqualified if they leave more than 10% of questions unattempted, there will not be any negative marking for marking the wrong answers. Therefore candidates must mark option ‘E’ if they do not answer the question.
